Implementation in Challenging Times
The journey began during the height of the pandemic, at the end of 2020. With on-site visits impossible, VTG and denxpert implemented the software at one site entirely remotely. This pilot project proved successful, setting the standard for the rollout at the remaining two sites, which took place in person by the end of 2021.

The results speak for themselves, as of April 2025, 93.4% of relevant legal impacts are documented as compliant. VTG’s own internal requirements—such as those tied to permits—are also fully managed within the system, with 98.4% marked compliant and no unresolved or overdue items.
